Journal has successfully published many volumes from 2023 year to 2025. As of date, the journal will no longer accept new submissions and is transitioning to read-only archive status.

Why this change? To focus resources on new initiatives.

Content access and preservation:

- Content is preserved via list services, - e.g., PKP Preservation Network, Internet Archive, and LOCKSS

- DOIs should remain active.
